The Triple T's
A fusion ensemble, The Triple T's are a collaborative group featuring the influences of myself, bassist Pat Oberstaedt, and drummer Jon Tomaro. We come together, creating a group sound that is energetic and fun, based in jazz and our various musical influences.
The Triple T's Were Here, our first full-length album, is now available on Bandcamp, Spotify, and physical purchase on this website.

The Keith Chasin Quintet
The Keith Chasin Quintet is my favorite project, an instrumental exploration into my influences and likes within music. With an eclectic repertoire, it is an unpredictable group that performs for the love of the music.

The Keith Chasin Quintet Presents The Music of Bobby Timmons
One of my greatest influences in music is Bobby Timmons. Hailing from Philadelphia, he revolutionized jazz with his soulful approach and blues-based music, impacting the world of jazz with his tenure in Art Blakey's Jazz Messengers as well as his extensive list of recordings that he was a part of. His deep swing and bluesy stylings represented the joy and fun that Philadelphia jazz is all about.
With this, we pay tribute to one of the greatest voices in jazz, performing his compositions and arrangements with our own little twist added. These tracks were recorded Live at Chris' Jazz Cafe March 12, 2020
The Keith Chasin Pop Trio
Sometimes, a pandemic is the perfect crucible to create art. This group was created during the COVID-19 pandemic as a vehicle for popular music in a jazz context. We take our favorite popular songs and turn them on their head in jazz derangements, keeping them recognizable but reborn. We work as either a trio or with a vocalist, depending on the venue.
